Operations Manager, US
Mark Nolet is the Operations Manager of 2H’s Houston office and a Senior Technical Consultant with over 29 years of experience in the offshore industry.
Over the past 12 years, Mark has focused on hardware package delivery, including the design, fabrication, and testing of equipment related to managed pressure drilling riser systems, pressure control equipment, drilling riser components, and specialty equipment for deepwater applications. Prior to this, he specialised in the design, fabrication, and installation of deepwater moorings, suction pile anchors and foundations, and other subsea structures.
As Operations Manager, Mark oversees operational efficiency and supports the delivery of high-quality projects, while continuing to provide technical oversight on custom hardware, foundation, and seabed structure projects.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structures from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Senior Principal Engineer, US
John is a Senior Principal Engineer with over 18 years in deep water riser design, analysis, manufacturing, fabrication and offshore installation. He has 10+ years’ experience managing large projects and teams overseeing the delivery of riser hardware, global riser analysis, integration testing and installation and operations.
His area of expertise is the systems engineering of deep water riser systems and optimisation of hardware packages and interfaces. He has been responsible for developing several comprehensive installation procedures for riser systems and various hardware packages that have been successfully installed and operated offshore. He is also responsible for the conceptual design of bespoke riser hardware equipment that has been developed, qualified and fabricated for offshore use.
Principal Engineer, UK
Anthony is an Incorporated Marine Engineer and Project Manager with over 18 years’ experience in the offshore renewables and oil & gas sectors. Specialising in fixed platforms, jacket pre-piling and monopile installation structures, minimum facility platforms and hardware design and supply, he has expertise in all phases of offshore projects from concept development through to delivery, operation, and inspection and maintenance, and has delivered a variety of offshore projects globally, including many ‘industry first’ solutions.
Anthony is also an active member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology’s Offshore Renewables Specialist Interest Group where he works to advance the renewables sector by mentoring emerging talent and shaping industry guidelines to support sustainable growth and technological progress.
Technical Manager, KL
Kamal is a Technical manager in 2H’s Kuala Lumpur office with 17 years of experience in structural engineering, fixed platforms, fabrication, transportation & installation and decommissioning. He is responsible for technical and project management delivering a variety of projects from concept through to detailed design and installation for minimum facility platforms, brownfield modifications, fabrication, installation and decommissioning.
