Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
We offer comprehensive environmental and regulatory services for clients in renewables, oil and gas, utility, mining, industrial, municipal facilities and natural resource management.
We prepare compliance plans for agency approval, develop pre-construction contractor training programs, provide onsite regulatory compliance oversight during field execution, serve as the owner representative and prepare compliance documentation for all project phases. We also help clients prepare for agency field audits by reviewing appropriate documentation and conducting mock audits.
Environmental Site Assessment & Remediation
Our in-house chemists, geologists, engineers and waste management experts have performed numerous environmental investigations and remediation projects driven by potential contamination from petroleum-related operations. Many of these investigations were performed for oil and gas clients in support of site characterization, natural resource damage assessments, ecological and human health risk assessments, and litigation support to identify the type, source, extent and age of petroleum-related contamination.
Air Quality & Permitting
Our in-depth knowledge of drilling and production operations makes us uniquely qualified to ensure our clients' compliance with increasingly complex air quality and greenhouse gas regulations.
Because we are involved in facility design and construction, we incorporate air quality permitting and compliance as part of the design process meaning facility equipment selection decisions are made with the air quality regulations compliance in mind from the outset.
