Frank has a degree in Petroleum Engineering and over 31 years of diverse experience in both engineering and management. His engineering roles include field development, production management, drilling, abandonment, workovers, and asset valuation. His areas of specialism include integrated field development planning, production surveillance and data analysis, QA / QC.
Frank's diverse background enables him to work successfully with executive management, professional staff, and field employees to effectively communicate plans, processes, and opportunities that promote an environment where everyone knows that they are an important part of the team.
