2H Offshore, lead brand for the offshore engineering segment in the Acteon group, is pleased to announce the appointment of renewables expert Pierre Guerin as director of its Paris, France office.

Guerin will begin his role with the company in April 2021 and will be based in the south of France and will share his time in Paris. He will also support 2H’s continued global growth in providing engineering services in the renewable energy sector.
Guerin joins 2H after leaving his position at Bardot Ocean, where he spent five years managing the development of renewable energy projects. He also has an impressive 10-year track record of regional and international expansion from his previous positions at Principia where he focused on floating structures, coastal and naval defence engineering.
“My 20+ years of experience in marine renewable energy and the oil and gas sector is a great complement to 2H’s existing capabilities. I am excited to continue developing strong customer relationships and business opportunities for 2H in France,” said Guerin.
