Top Tensioned Risers (TTR) are an intricate design with multiple components and interfaces. Life extension assessment of these risers can be a major undertaking due to both their complexity as well as perceived added risk due to being directly connected to the well. This webinar presents a life extension process for TTRs that considers the challenges associated with data management, IM process development, inspections, analysis and meeting regulatory expectations.

About the Presenter

Dhyan Deka has 14+ years of experience in subsea design, integrity management and life extension projects. He is based in 2H’s Houston office where he leads multiple engineering projects as well as technology development programs such the STREAM and TRACS JIPs. Dhyan has authored and co-authored several conference publications and technical editorials. Dhyan holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.
