Receptionist/Office Administrator – Woking

A new position has arisen at our Woking, UK office for a receptionist/office administrator.

2H Offshore is a dynamic and highly interactive team, resulting in a great working environment with strong teamwork. We are looking for an extremely organised and personable receptionist/administrator who can manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously. You will report to the Director but will work for the Office Administrator day-to-day. You will be responsible for general reception duties and a variety of administration tasks.

This is a permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.


 Reception/General Administration

  • Operate the switchboard, take and deliver messages in a professional manner
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen to an exceptionally high standard
  • Provide administrative support to managers and engineers
  • Organise company travel for all employees, including country risk assessments and travel visas
  • Handle facilities administration, including mail and couriers
  • Organise team-building and social events
  • Ad hoc general administration tasks, not limited to the above

 Training Administration

  • Administer the training programme for all employees
  • Schedule and manage all internal training including courses, weekly presentations and induction training
  • Act as the focal point for all training queries from employees


  • 2+ years experience in a reception and/or administrative role
  • Be a well-presented individual who is customer focused and organised
  • Be able to deliver a high level of professionalism
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be reliable, able to work on own initiative and be a team player
