Dharmik Vadel, based in Houston, serves as Head of Integrity Management (IM).

Dharmik has over 18 years of experience in the development, implementation, and management of integrity programs. He has been instrumental in advancing digitalisation within the business, leading the development of innovative solutions such as iCUE – 2H’s cloud-based integrity management software platform, the Inspection App for digitalising inspection workflows, and the Anomaly App, an AI-driven image recognition tool for visual anomaly detection.

His areas of expertise include digital solutions for asset lifecycle management, corrosion management programs (RBI), risk mitigation strategies, and life extension studies.

He holds an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from REC Calicut, India.

Allen Grimes is the Lead Developer of iCUE based in 2H's Houston office. Allen combines deep engineering expertise with advanced software development to deliver innovative integrity management solutions for offshore assets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station.

Allen brings over 12 years of experience in numerical analysis, engineering design, and integrity management services for subsea structures. His multidisciplinary background also includes five years in software development and product management, as well as three years in robotics design, development, and project management.

With a strong foundation in numerical methods and data-driven engineering, Allen has extensive programming experience across Python, MATLAB, Java, Visual Basic, PHP, and SQL. His work focuses on translating complex engineering challenges into scalable digital solutions that enhance asset performance, reliability, and decision-making.
