Agile Supply Chain

At 2H, we understand that every project is unique. That’s why we’ve adopted an agile supply chain model that is flexible and can be adapted to the requirements and execution strategies of each project. Our model encompasses comprehensive commercial management of equipment packages, both before and after the placement of purchase orders.

We believe in flexibility and convenience for our clients. Whether you prefer to procure equipment through your own channels or leverage our robust in-house purchasing system, we’ve got you covered. We will deliver a seamless, efficient, and tailored supply chain solution for your project needs.

Procurement Services

  • Pre-qualification of suppliers

  • Preparation and issue of request for quotation (RFQ) packages

  • Terms and conditions negotiations

  • Evaluation of prospective supplier bids

  • Recommendation to award

  • Issue of purchase orders

  • Progress tracking and order expediting

  • Management of supplier invoices and claims

  • Shipping and logistics

  • Purchase order closeout

Approved Suppliers

2H maintains an approved suppliers list (ASL) which enables us to carefully choose fully vetted vendors for any scope of work. Our in-house engineering expertise allows us to scrutinise the raw materials and components supplied by vendors to ensure they meet all project-specific requirements.

Quality Inspections

The process of quality inspection can be carried out internally by the engineering support team at 2H or outsourced to a reputable third-party inspection company. In cases where it is necessary, we will oversee the qualification and factory acceptance testing to ensure that tests are conducted in compliance with the project requirements and established procedures. This proactive approach enables any potential issues that arise during the testing phase to be addressed immediately on-site, rather than being documented as non-conformance or punch list items that would require additional time for resolution and remediation.
