Dharmik Vadel Appointed Global Engineering Director – Integrity and Digital

Based in Houston, Dharmik Vadel has been with the company for 17 years. In his previous role, Dharmik successfully led our integrity division, Clarus Subsea Integrity, which now operates as 2H's integrity management team. Dharmik will continue to manage the IM team as Head of IM based in Houston.

In his new capacity, Dharmik will continue to drive the global expansion of 2H’s integrity business and spearhead our digital transformation efforts by developing and enhancing our integrity management software platform, iCUE. His vision and expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients worldwide.

Ben Andrew Appointed Global Engineering Director – Renewables

Ben Andrew has been appointed Global Engineering Director – Renewables. In this new role, he will shape the strategic direction of our global renewables business, providing technical and commercial leadership on global renewable projects, fixed and floating offshore wind in particular.

Based in the UK, Ben Andrew has just celebrated 20 years with 2H. His deep technical expertise, international experience, and connections with the other Acteon Group business lines will continue to strengthen our capabilities and deliver exceptional value to clients across all regions.

This role will be undertaken alongside his continuing role as a director of our UK business.

Alex Rimmer Appointed Global Engineering Director – Oil & Gas

Alex Rimmer has been appointed Global Engineering Director – Oil & Gas. In this new role, he will lead the strategic development of our global oil and gas business.

Alex will provide technical and commercial leadership across a diverse range of riser and subsea system projects and strategic initiatives. His proven track record and global experience from over 20 years with 2H will ensure we maintain our position as a trusted partner in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative solutions for our clients.

This role will be undertaken alongside his continuing role as a director of our UK and Europe business and oversight of UK floating offshore wind projects.
