David Walters, Global Director and Vice President of our Houston office since 1998, has relocated to Perth, Australia. In addition to his continued strategic global role, David will also focus on expanding our capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening client relationships, fostering cross-office collaboration and driving strategic initiatives to support offshore engineering projects.
David succeeds Elizabeth Tellier, who established 2H’s Perth office in 2010 and has been instrumental in building our presence in Australia. After 15 years of leadership in Perth, Elizabeth is returning to the United States.
After 22 years with 2H, Elizabeth is taking a new role in 2H’s Houston office. In her new role as Senior Project Manager, Elizabeth will work with our Houston team where she will lead engineering projects and provide technical oversight on drilling and completion riser projects, as well as structural monitoring and subsea integrity management scopes. Her deep expertise and global experience will continue to benefit our clients and teams across regions.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Nolet to Operations Manager of our Houston office. Mark’s tenure and proven leadership make him an excellent fit for this role, where he will oversee operational efficiency and support the delivery of high-quality projects. Mark will also continue in his role as Senior Technical Consultant providing technical oversight on custom hardware, foundation and seabed structure projects.
Managing Director Yann Helle commented: “David and Elizabeth have had long careers at 2H, and I am delighted that we can offer opportunities that align with their career and personal goals while retaining their extensive expertise within the company. Mark Nolet’s tenure and expertise make him a natural fit for our Houston management team, where he will support Vice Presidents Mike Campbell and Ricky Thethi. These exciting changes reflect our dedication to developing our people and ensuring continuity of expertise across our global offices.”
