2H is pleased to announce that it has been named one of the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces for 2024; a recognition celebrating the best workplaces across the Houston metro area.

This year, around 300 companies participated in the programme and 189 were selected for the award based on feedback from their own employees. The awards are determined exclusively by employee responses to a comprehensive workplace survey conducted by third-party platform, Energage.
Survey responses from the staff at 2H, including its subdivision, Clarus Subsea Integrity, highlighted a workplace culture where employees value their autonomy, benefit from supportive leadership, and feel encouraged to innovate and take the lead. 2H team members expressed appreciation for a management team that fosters an open environment, values new ideas, and invests in employee growth.
David Walters, Vice President of 2H’s Houston office, commented: “This recognition is a credit to all our employees who contribute daily to making 2H an exceptional place to work. We prioritise our team and are committed to creating a work environment that enables our people to thrive. This year, we have introduced new hybrid working hours, expanded team-building and social activities, and launched a new professional development programme and digital training platform to support our employees' growth and well-being.”
