Ben Andrew has been appointed a director of the Woking office alongside Alex Rimmer. They will work together to grow the England and MENA regions, with Ben leading the deployment of new cloud-based tools and infrastructure across the 2H group.
Pedro Viana has been promoted to flexible engineering manager. He is based in the Woking office and will be responsible for growing the flexible riser market globally as well as developing flexible expertise in all regional offices.

Ben Andrew has 14 years of specialist engineering experience in the design and numerical analysis of conductor-supported platforms, deepwater production (dry & wet tree) and drilling (HP & LP) riser systems. He has held project management and technical leadership roles on a variety of projects from concept through to detailed design, and has been based out of London, Leiden, Houston, and Kuala Lumpur over the years.

Pedro Viana has 16 years of specialist engineering experience of deep-water riser design, verification, and integrity management, including both drilling and production riser systems. Pedro was hired as the first employee in 2H’s Brazil office, has spent time as technical manager of the Woking office and has led the flexibles business globally for the last few years.
