Yussof Ismail has been appointed director of the 2H Kuala Lumpur office and will co-manage the business with director, Shreenaath Natarajan. Together they will lead the day to day business management and operations.

LiShen Ching has been promoted to engineering manager, based in the 2H Kuala Lumpur office. He will be the focal point for all technical work as well as lead business development efforts for Thailand and Vietnam.

Promoting Yussof and LiShen will enrich the variety of expertise we offer to our client base in the region and strengthen our ability to provide riser and conductor engineering services to the local market”.

Meet the Team

Yussof has over 12 years of specialist engineering experience in shallow and deep-water riser & conductor design with extensive involvement in conductor supported platform projects in KL. As well as numerical analysis experience, he has comprehensive hands-on skills in structure monitoring, fabrication and installation. He has been responsible for technical and business management support as technical manager for 2H KL for the past 3 years. He recently held the responsibility for delivering the D28 and D18 rig installed platforms.

LiShen Ching has 13 years of specialist engineering experience in riser systems and offshore structures. He has extensive project management experience with a focus on design and analysis of drilling & completion risers, flexible risers & umbilicals, wellhead and conductor systems, conductor supported platforms as well as riser and offshore structural monitoring and installation. He recently held the responsibility for managing the Ophir Thailand platform detail engineering and installation engineering.
