2H is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Cairn Oil & Gas, part of Vedanta Group, for a significant offshore development project on the West Coast of India.

This collaboration is formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Master Service Agreement (MSA).
The development project targets an estimated 20 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMBOE), making it the largest development in India’s Discovered Small Fields (DSF) block. 2H will provide integrated, end-to-end delivery of offshore platforms to develop the field, leveraging its proven track record and innovative approach to platform design. Production from the development is targeted to begin by Q4 FY2027.

The partnership was signed in the presence of Vedanta Chairman Mr. Anil Agarwal at the CERAWeek by S&P Global energy conference in Houston, Texas. This collaboration underscores 2H’s dedication to providing innovative solutions and expertise in the offshore oil and gas sector.
