Office Administrator – Aberdeen

A part-time, fixed-term vacancy has arisen at our Aberdeen, UK office for an office administrator to cover maternity leave.

2H Offshore is a dynamic and highly interactive team, resulting in a great working environment with strong teamwork. We are looking for an extremely organised and personable administrator who can manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for general reception duties and a variety of administrative tasks, and will report to the Director.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract with 20 hours per week.


  • Reception duties as required
  • Provide administrative support to managers and engineers
  • Organise company travel bookings for employees
    • Risk assessments of destination countries
    • Coordinate travel visas
  • General administrative tasks include but not be limited to:
    • Weekly timesheet reporting
    • Creating new projects in the document control system
    • Monthly reporting
    • Organising teambuilding and social events
    • Handling invoices, expenses and preparing credit card statements
    • Project archiving
    • Sourcing external training courses
    • Managing the annual leave register
  • QHSE tasks to include but not be limited to:
    • Administration of internal problem recording databases including preparation of quarterly reports
    • Maintenance of QHSE records


  • 2+ years experience in an administrative role
  • Be able to present a high level of professionalism
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Must be reliable, able to work on own initiative and be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
